However, we intend to have price increases due to the large changes (about 20 percent) in exchange rates.
[USB Flash Security] is developed in Japan and it is sold mainly in Japan.
So we set the price of [USB Flash Security] in USD that converted the price in JPY into USD at the exchange rates when we set the price in JPY.
When convert the price in USD into JPY by the current exchange, it has fallen by about 20 percent due to the large changes in exchange rates.
After the price increases, the price of license purchase may be different from the price written in the document attached to product and help file.
We are very sorry for inconvenience.
When you purchase license before price increases, you don't need to pay any additional expense.

[Install "USB Flash Security" to USB Flash Drive]
The security release tool will be installed in USB Flash Drive. So a PC that "USB Flash Security" is not installed in it can also release the security.
[USB Flash Drive is locked by a password]
A password is necessary to access the "protected area", when "USB Flash Security" is installed to USB Flash Drive.
[Self-locking]
Unplug the USB Flash Drive from PC, it can be locked by a password automatically.
[Automatic encryption]
AES encryption which is recognized by speedy and cipher strength in encryption algorithm has been adopted. Data will be encrypted automatically by writing in USB Flash Drive, and it will be decrypted automatically by reading from USB Flash Drive.
[Multilingual]

"USB Flash Security" makes the following two areas in USB Flash Drive.

Small area about 0.5MB to save "Release tool"
There is no room to save the other file in this small area.
The area to save "release tool" is 0.5M Byte that is 1/2000 of capacity of a 1GB USB Flash Drive.
It can be access without password, when the USB Flash Drive is inserted into PC. Data in this area is not protected, so we call the area "Unprotected Area" in the following sentences.

Password is necessary to access this area. This area is protected by a password, so we call it "Protected Area".

- We have confirmed that they work normally on 64bit Windows(x64).
- Some USB Flash Drive can't use this software.

USB Flash Security [Free Edition] is free.
[Free Edition] can be used only by non-commercial (use the USB Flash Drive installed this software at work) and personal use.
It can be installed on one USB Flash Drive.
USB Flash Drive can't be changed. (Uninstall security from the USB Flash Drive and install security to the other one)
USB Flash Drive install security can be used on multiple PC.

USB Flash Security [+/++/#/##] is charge and one man one license.
It is possible to install security on one PC and install security on USB drive.
The number of USB drive can be install security on is [+]:one, [++]:two, [#]:two, [##]:three.
USB drive can be changed in the range of license. (Uninstall security from the USB drive and install security to the other one)
USB drive install security can be used on multiple PC.
After install security, security can be used for 15 days without payment.

Activation has been used in Ver.3/Ver.4.
The screen of activation will display when you want to use Ver.3/Ver.4 by the PC which has register license by Ver.2
The screen of activation will be displayed when the license of Ver.## has been registered.
Activation will be done automatically in Ver. 3/Ver.4 when license is registered, if license has not been registered before.
It can not do a activation by the same USER ID in other PC, after activation has been done once.
If you want to change your PC or move the license to the other PC. Please contact your license charge(licence.en@kashu-sd.co.jp).
Activation will be done by HTTP protocol automatically. Activation can be done, if PC can connected to internet and acress homepage.
